No. PolyKalBot is an independent service that monitors public trade data on Polymarket and Kalshi. We aren't endorsed by, partnered with, or paid by either platform.
No. We watch public on-chain Polymarket trades and public Kalshi trade data only. Nothing about your account, your trades, or your positions ever touches us.
We bill through Stripe — the industry-standard payment processor used by Shopify, Lyft, Substack, and most of e-commerce. Every new bot starts with a 24-hour Free Trial so you can confirm it's firing correctly. At the end of the trial, you'll receive a Stripe invoice; pay it within 24 hours to keep your bot active. Recurring monthly charges go on the same card. Your card data never touches our servers — Stripe handles all of it, encrypted end-to-end.
Reply to any alert email — we'll deactivate your bot the same day, and Stripe stops billing immediately. You can also email pat@polykalbot.com directly.
That's normal — alerts only fire when a trade clears your dollar threshold. If you've gone a stretch without alerts, lower your threshold or switch markets. Changes are free; just reply to any email and we'll adjust your settings.
